Description

You will develop and maintain core backend services using Java in a remote capacity from Portugal.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software components using Java.
• Build and manage web technologies including RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Write and maintain technical documentation in English.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Java programming.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience working within agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated workflows and processes.
• Spoken and written French.
