Description

You will design, build, and maintain microservices-based solutions using Java and JEE frameworks within an agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Execute technical upgrades and migrations for middleware, databases, and PAM workflows to the cloud.
• Build automation using containers and orchestration technologies like OpenShift, Kubernetes, or EKS.
• Implement monitoring solutions across all infrastructure layers to ensure application stability.
• Perform application issue triage and develop automation scripts to support scaling strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Java 11+.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with frontend technologies including Angular, Node JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB) and Postgres.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/OpenShift).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of multi-tier architectures involving web servers, batch processing, and databases.
• Knowledge of application security including LDAP, certificates, and public key encryption.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams of developers and managing stakeholder requirements.
• Background in large-scale technical migrations and performance tuning for Java applications.
