Description

You will build and maintain tools for the Accessibility team, delivering high-quality software components independently.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Acquire deep knowledge of team-developed application frameworks to handle support requests independently.
• Deliver assigned, multi-tier/module jobs on time and with quality, requiring no oversight.
• Execute complex problems tactically by breaking them down into simpler tasks.
• Implement code using efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Interact with external support teams to resolve technical hurdles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Java/J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with MVC Framework, XML, Web Technologies, and Web Services.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with SQL/relational databases.
• Experience with Tomcat and Linux environments.
• Solid foundation in computer science, including data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency with Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing resilient, high-performing software components using concurrency.
