Description

You will lead technical development and implementation for the engineering team in a hybrid capacity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical decisions and drive implementation using Java.
• Design and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Manage and optimize data persistence with MongoDB.
• Act as a Lead II developer for the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Experience implementing and managing Kafka.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Montreal, QC, 3 days per week in office.
