Description

You will build and maintain a resilient, scalable, cloud-based settlement platform using distributed systems architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, and testable code for high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Design relational and non-relational database models to support system requirements.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and implement telemetry capturing following DevOps standards.
• Guide junior developers on software development best practices and team standards.
• Participate in requirements refinement sessions to ensure technical clarity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building distributed systems using agile practices.
• Strong expertise in core Java and Spring Frameworks, including Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and system resiliency.
• Experience designing high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Ability to define relational and non-relational database models.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based development principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Angular.
• Familiarity with Kafka, MongoDB, and integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 360.
• Prior FinTech application development and global delivery team experience.
