You will build a resilient, scalable, and secure cloud-based settlement platform within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, scalable, and testable code, including automated tests.
• Implement DevOps practices by creating CI/CD pipelines and enabling telemetry capture.
• Participate in refinement sessions to ensure requirements are clearly defined.
• Guide junior developers in following software development best practices.
• Contribute to enhancing team standards and improving internal processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building distributed systems using agile practices.
• Strong working knowledge of core Java and Spring Frameworks, including Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, resiliency, scalability, security, and observability.
• Experience designing and implementing high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Experience defining relational or other database models.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Angular.
• Experience integrating custom software with Microsoft Dynamics 360 or prior FinTech application development.
