Description

You will lead technical design and development for complex software applications, translating business requirements into specifications and driving projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Perform troubleshooting by analyzing code and data to resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in peer code reviews.
• Communicate the impact of proposed code changes on related application areas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Java Frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience building Microservices.
• Proficiency with Collections and Concurrency.
• Experience using MySQL and JUnit for unit testing.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Docker.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dropwizard.
