Description

You will develop and maintain features for the in-house HR platform, translating requirements into functional code for desktop and mobile form factors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features across the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in technical solution discussions.
• Mentor team members and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with QA, Product Management, and remote Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years building web applications using Core Java and J2EE (JSP, Servlets).
• Proficiency in Spring and React.js.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience with MySQL or other RDBMS variants.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency using JIRA or similar issue tracking tools.
• Ability to work without supervision and manage multiple duties.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile application development experience.
