Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native microservices and REST APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java 8 applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JPA.
• Architect and implement microservices, event-driven services with Kafka or MQ, and RESTful APIs.
• Deploy cloud-native applications on OpenShift using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Apply Domain Driven Design, API design principles, and modern application architecture patterns.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, handling project lifecycle activities and test-driven development.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JPA.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture and Event-Driven Services.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka or Message Queues (MQ).
• Experience with OpenShift deployments and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, and MVC frameworks.
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design and API design best practices.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Global delivery environments.
• Familiarity with various design patterns and cloud-native application development.
