Description

You will design, build, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput trading applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architectures and concepts for electronic trading systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Maintain code quality through static/dynamic analysis, security scans, and CI/CD gating.
• Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle, from analysis through support.
• Collaborate with trading and quantitative analysts to define work estimates and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of core Java server development experience.
• Experience with JDK 11 or 17.
• Proven track record in asynchronous, event-driven programming and concurrency.
• Designing and supporting low-latency trading applications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server or Sybase.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Boot Actuator, and Apache Camel (v3).
• Familiarity with JMS (Active MQ), REST APIs, and Enterprise services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
