Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful web services.
• Manage application build processes using Maven or Gradle.
• Integrate and utilize core AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Maintain code integrity using version control systems like Git/GitLab.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and SOAP UI.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Java (version 8 or above).
• Expertise in the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services.
• Experience with Git/GitLab.
• Proficiency with build tools: Maven and/or Gradle.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
