Description

Key Responsibilities •                Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements • Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems • Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables • Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery • Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements • Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines • Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architectures Technical Skills (Must Have) •                Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture) • Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS • Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos) • Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies • Experience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes) • Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns • Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools Functional & Leadership Skills •                Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model • Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert requirements into solutions • Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in distributed global teams (onshore/offshore model) Nice to Have •                Experience with AI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) • Domain experience in Insurance / Financial Services (optional) Education •                Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Role Descriptions: Java Full Stack Technical Lead | Java| Microservices| React JS| Azure DevOps| and AI-driven development Essential Skills: Java Full Stack Technical Lead | Java| Microservices| React JS| Azure DevOps| and AI-driven development Desirable Skills: Keyword: Skills: Digital : Microsoft Azure~Digital : Microservices~Core Java Experience Required: 6-8
