Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications while driving technical architecture and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables.
• Perform code and design reviews to enforce coding standards and quality.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, Boards, and Repos.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, version control, and branching strategies.
• Proficiency in building cloud-native and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams in distributed global environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
