Description

You will build, maintain, and optimize J2SE/J2EE applications for the banking and finance sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and document software applications using Java.
• Manage messaging middleware integration using IBM WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS, or Kafka.
• Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments.
• Design and optimize complex database queries and structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java development skills in J2SE and J2EE.
• Experience with messaging middleware such as IBM WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS, or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), and Cloud.
• Moderate to complex database knowledge, preferably with Oracle DB.
• Experience working within the banking or finance industry.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience with Perl, Python, or Unix Shell scripting.
