Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot, while mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Spring Boot applications for high availability and code reusability.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize the codebase for speed and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and specifications throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Deep understanding of Core Java, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and advanced Java frameworks like JSF and EJB.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Experience developing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
