Description

Design and build scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, owning the full lifecycle from API design to AWS deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and execute high-volume batch processes for data processing.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS for asynchronous messaging.
• Deploy and manage Java applications within AWS environments.
• Integrate systems using MuleSoft and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
• 5+ years designing REST APIs with strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and microservice patterns.
• 5+ years building and optimizing batch processing systems.
• 5+ years implementing event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS).
• 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft integration flows and API-led connectivity.
• Practical experience deploying Java applications to AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing PostgreSQL functions, stored procedures, and advanced SQL queries.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with document automation tools like SmartDocuments or Adobe Forms.
