Description

You will build, maintain, and lead the development of back-end applications for financial platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain back-end applications using Java.
• Support and lead product lifecycle phases including analysis, development, and testing.
• Analyze and gather requirements through constant interaction with front office business users.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and interact with stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in TDD, development tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of commercial experience building Java applications.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing.
• Deep understanding of Agile development techniques and systems engineering.
• Experience with build and release management, CI/CD principles.
• Experience with application integration, software design patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience with n-tier service-oriented architecture and performance analysis.
• Experience in sales/trading platforms or middle office trade processing systems (Equities/FX/Fixed Income/Derivatives).

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5 and Angular for full-stack context.
