Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Java applications and services, owning the release pipeline and driving engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype enterprise-wide systems to solve complex business problems.
• Lead code quality initiatives and ensure application stability across production and non-production environments.
• Define engineering best practices and mentor teams using Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and distributed teams to implement technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java 17+, Spring 6, and JPA.
• 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle, including PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Extensive experience developing large-scale SaaS applications using Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Proven track record in RESTful and Microservices API-driven development.
• Experience with Docker and continuous delivery/DevOps deployment tools.
• Proficiency in automated testing and TDD using JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Rally.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSphere or Tomcat application servers.
