Description

You design, build, and maintain custom Java/J2EE web applications, including process workflows and content management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support J2EE applications through the full software development life cycle.
• Participate in requirement reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
• Perform impact analysis for application changes and maintain software documentation.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Apply security best practices to all design and development activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application analysis, design, and development.
• Strong command of Java and J2EE.
• In-depth experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and common Java design patterns.
• Proficiency in Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 for UX implementation.
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks, specifically Angular.
• Hands-on integration experience with SOAP/REST web services using JSON and XML.
• Experience with RDBMS/SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Proficiency with Eclipse, Jira, Bamboo, Maven, Gradle, GIT, and SVN.
• Experience deploying to and troubleshooting J2EE application servers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Industry experience with e-Commerce applications.
