Design and optimize scalable enterprise applications and microservices for the Pune office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect backend services using Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Implement RESTful APIs and event-driven systems with Kafka.
• Own DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
• Drive cloud-native development with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Lead performance tuning for MySQL, MongoDB, and InfluxDB.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with Java (8/11/17).
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and InfluxDB.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, multi-tenancy, and secure application development.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Loki.
• Competency in test automation using JUnit, Selenium, or Karate.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification.
• Experience working on high-scale systems in manufacturing intelligence, fintech, or CRM domains.
