You will own backend development and microservices architecture as a Java Lead in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement efficient multi-threading logic for concurrent processes.
• Lead technical initiatives and guide development workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standard Java practices.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java development.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on proficiency with Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of Multi-threading and concurrency.
• Experience in a Java Lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
