Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Java-based Traffic Records Systems, from technical consulting and requirements translation to release coordination and 24x7 on-call support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requests into technical user stories and requirements for Business Owners.
• Coordinate software release schedules across business and technical teams.
• Manage application maintenance, testing, and training support independently.
• Provide technical helpdesk support and resolve complex system issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience in Java/JEE, Oracle, and XML.
• Strong proficiency with Web Services, JSP, Servlets, Spring, and Struts.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE and version control tools.
• Proven track record in application analysis, design, and documentation.
• Ability to perform cost analysis and estimate staffing needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical discipline.
