Description

You will develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs hosted on AWS, owning the full lifecycle from code to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for cloud-hosted applications.
• Manage AWS infrastructure components including EC2, S3, IAM, SNS, and SQS.
• Resolve complex technical issues independently without extensive hand-holding.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve application reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java (versions 8, 11, 17, or 21).
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically EC2 and S3.
• Experience with AWS messaging services such as SNS and SQS.
• Ability to navigate cloud environments and manage IAM policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Fargate for container orchestration.
• 3+ years of tenure in previous similar roles.
