You will lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions while owning the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex Java/J2EE applications.
• Implement and manage Spring Batch processes.
• Build and maintain Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Execute test-driven development to ensure code quality and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Deep proficiency with the Spring framework, specifically Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) using Mockito, TestNG, or Karate.
• Proficiency with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Elastic Search.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Control-M.
