Description

You will design and develop web applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Implement messaging solutions using MQ Series or Kafka.
• Manage data persistence across RDBMS and in-memory databases.
• Monitor application health and logs using Splunk and APM tools.
• Apply BDD development practices to the software lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in web application development.
• 10+ years of experience with Java.
• 8+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience building Java REST services.
• 4+ years of experience with RESTful API development.
• 4+ years of experience in microservices development.
• 4+ years of experience with MQ Series or Kafka messaging.
• 4+ years of experience with RDBMS.
• 2+ years of cloud computing experience (PCF, Azure, or AWS).
• 2+ years of experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• 1+ year of experience with BDD development.
• 1+ year of experience with Splunk, NewRelic, AppDynamics, or Elastic Stack.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with React/JavaScript and Micro Frontend Architecture.
