You will lead the delivery of strategic technical solutions and own the full application development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions and propose architectural improvements.
• Define project scope, specifications, and resource estimates for proposed solutions.
• Deliver well-designed, tested features, fixes, and enhancements.
• Document best practices for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 6+ years of experience with Java 8+.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with Containers (Docker and orchestration such as Kubernetes, EKS, or Redhat).
• 4+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• 4+ years of experience with test automation (JBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, or JUnit).
• 4+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments (backlog refinement, standups, code reviews, JIRA, or ADO).
• Strong understanding of microservices and HTTP/REST.
• Experience with Kafka and CI/CD.
