Description

You will develop, maintain, and evolve software for the SAP Concur Analytics team, owning delivery against the technical roadmap while ensuring security and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Code, modify, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, investigating issues and resolving bugs.
• Design application features and enhancements following security by design principles.
• Develop against SQL and NoSQL databases, managing schemas, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Implement DevOps and SRE best practices, including CI/CD, zero-downtime deployments, canaries, and feature flags.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code and design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Shell Script.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Experience with container ecosystems: Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS primitives, specifically EC2 and AMIs.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills for international collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL optimization.
• Experience with cloud platform application development.
