Description

You will design, develop, and test client-server business applications using Java J2EE technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement object-oriented business applications.
• Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Docker.
• Manage database design, data modeling, and stored procedures.
• Develop REST and SOAP web services.
• Create technical documentation as part of project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Object Oriented Design and implementation.
• 4+ years of experience with Core Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with Java Application Servers like Apache Tomcat or JBOSS.
• 4+ years of experience in relational database design, including MySQL or Oracle.
• 3+ years of experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD.
• Experience with JMS, JUnit, and Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agile development environments.
