What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Java and Spring framework.
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to gather detailed user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and automated test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the development team.

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience with Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience designing solutions for high-volume, enterprise-wide projects.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence).
• Proficiency in developing architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and automated testing processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including offshore partners
