You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies using DevOps practices.
• Influence and implement efficiency improvements across the development process.
• Act as a leader in agile processes, fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a positive role model.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• 3+ years experience using Spring Framework and Spring Cloud components for real-time and batch back-end processing.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-ready applications.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with non-blocking I/O frameworks (Reactive programming).
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Experience supporting high-volume transactions in a Highly Available environment.
