Description

Design and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Java and the Spring framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems.
• Translate user requirements into technical solutions and architectural diagrams.
• Create technical documentation and automated test scripts.
• Mentor junior developers and promote team best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience with cloud development and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience designing high-volume, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams and technical specifications.
• Experience with automated testing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with offshore partners.
• Strong communication skills for diverse technical and business teams.
