Description

You will build new features and maintain existing backend systems while addressing technical debt.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical implementations without compromising system architecture.
• Take ownership of partially defined problems and lead implementation approach discussions.
• Optimize system flows to improve response times and memory consumption.
• Refactor and remove unused flows to support evolving system requirements.
• Apply TDD practices to maintain and improve code coverage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka or SQS.
• Experience with caching systems like Redis or Memcached.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and practices.
• Degree in Computer Science or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Spring WebFlux, Python, or Django.
