Description

You will design and implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects within an eCommerce environment. You lead the discovery phase to develop high-level designs and drive the technical vision, influencing the product roadmap. You supervise cross-functional engineering groups, including offshore associates, and direct root cause analysis for critical production issues. You plan system deployments and ensure software compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience in eCommerce.
• 6+ years of experience architecting highly scalable and performing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience developing and architecting high-transaction, high-throughput systems.
• 5+ years of experience working with open source technologies.
• 2+ years of experience integrating 3rd party solutions into existing architectures.
• 2+ years of experience working in agile models across distributed geographical locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
