Description

Develop and guide backend systems using Java and related technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build Java Micro Services using Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Identify technical problems and propose creative solutions.
• Lead by proactively removing blockers to ensure team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot development.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying Design Patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Mongo.
• Expertise in version control using Git or GitHub.
• Deep understanding of Java concepts, including Collections and Threads.
• Ability to write clean, standards-compliant code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers.
