Description

You will design and implement Python-based orchestration frameworks while maintaining Java 8 and Spring Boot microservices, focusing on async architectures for distributed environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Python orchestration frameworks for data manipulation and agent lifecycle management.
• Develop async architectures to support tool use, concurrent reasoning, and distributed compute.
• Integrate LLMs with MCP servers, vector databases, and observability systems for adaptive agent behavior.
• Ensure reliability and performance through rigorous testing, type safety, and production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on system design, contributing to abstractions, developer SDKs, and runtime instrumentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java 8, J2EE, and Spring Boot 5 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Python-based orchestration and async programming.
• Experience with Microservice architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manipulate data from flat files, RDBMS, NoSQL, XML, and JSON sources.
• Familiarity with LLMs, MCP servers, vector databases, and observability systems.
• Proficiency in React JS for frontend integration or tooling.
• Experience implementing production-grade CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems and runtime instrumentation.
• Knowledge of developer SDK creation and platform evolution.
