Lead the development and maintenance of business-critical applications while managing a highly technical team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core enterprise applications with high performance and maintainability.
• Apply software engineering principles, design patterns, and refactoring in complex cloud environments.
• Write well-documented code and lead technical individuals across functional teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and metrics-driven observability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java, JEE, Concurrency, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot Framework and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Git source control and software engineering principles.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with AWS and/or GCP, including 12-Factor cloud-native apps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM/SAFe) development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Google SRE principles.
