Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful APIs.
• Build and optimize data access layers with Hibernate, JPA, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT authentication.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and the Spring Framework.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit and Mockito.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with messaging technologies like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and distributed team collaboration.
