Build and integrate backend services within a full-stack architecture, translating business needs into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design applications in collaboration with the Java Full Stack Architect.
• Develop, debug, and unit test applications based on functional requirements.
• Integrate backend services with frontend components.
• Contribute to software development standards and continuous process improvement.
• Participate in production deployments and assist the production support group.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep expertise in Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency with Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Hands-on experience using Azure cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project status communication.
• Knowledge of the latest Java specifications and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or knowledge of VAADIN.
