Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL.
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Monitor production applications, analyze AWS logs (CloudWatch), and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Mentor offshore developers, coordinate delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Support CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment activities within DevOps environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise applications.
• 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in MySQL and SQL query optimization.
• Experience in AWS log analysis, including CloudWatch, application logs, and monitoring dashboards.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience leading offshore teams and driving technical delivery ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex production issues.
