Key Responsibilities:

• Execute creative, high-impact software solutions and break down complex technical challenges
• Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code to maintain engineering excellence
• Automate recurring issues to improve application stability and operational efficiency
• Lead technical evaluations with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architecture and solution fit
• Promote engineering best practices and foster communities of practice around emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Formal training or certification in software engineering
• Strong Java development experience, including enterprise API development
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability
• Proficiency in automation and CI/CD practices
• Deep understanding of the SDLC, resiliency, and security principles
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda)
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise using Terraform
• Demonstrated exposure to AI/ML, agentic AI, or intelligent cloud systems; ability to use AI tools like Copilot or Claude for productivity
• Practical cloud-native development experience
