Description

Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application components as microservices following Twelve-Factor Application methodology.
• Build POCs and BDD test frameworks for APIs using Cucumber, Gherkin, and Java.
• Automate build processes using Maven and manage CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, and UCD.
• Develop unit test cases using JUnit, Mockito, and PowerMock to ensure code quality.
• Document solution architecture and UML design documents using MS Project and Visio.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java systems and application analysis and design.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful architecture.
• Extensive front-end experience with Angular 2.0+, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
• Deep understanding of Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, and OOP principles.
• Experience designing database components using PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of architectural styles including SOA, Microservices, Layered, Clean, and Event Sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins automation.
• Ability to apply TDD, automated unit testing, and Java performance analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
