Description

You will build and maintain scalable, defect-free code for a critical internal enterprise system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing codebases for multi-year enterprise projects.
• Write JUnit tests to ensure high code coverage and release stability.
• Mentor developers on the team to meet common goals and deadlines.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in deliverable quality and code standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Experience with Angular 7.
• Knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with SQL and XML.
• Experience using JUnit for testing.
• Competency with Eclipse and Git/eGit.
• Ability to lead a small team of developers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline.
