Description

Design and develop scalable software solutions within an enterprise Java environment. You will interact with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to define requirements, manage project timelines, and deliver efficient solutions that enable new trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions in an enterprise Java environment.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to define technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful release of new trading capabilities.
• Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through documentation, demos, and walkthroughs.
• Align technical implementations with established technology standards and SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Java development within an enterprise setting.
• Deep understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Practical experience with AWS technologies, specifically Lambda, SNS, SQS, and S3.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for requirement gathering and creating technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Any Graduate).
• Experience managing project timelines and delivering complex software solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical proficiency in Python.
• Domain experience in Capital Markets.
