Description

You will build user-facing products using Java and the Instabase platform while setting technical standards for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing applications using Java and the Instabase platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to meet project objectives.
• Manage Instabase processes, including escalations, incident reviews, and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and replicate complex technical issues to provide high-level support.
• Advise customers on integrating open-source tools (Python, spaCy, pandas, scikit-learn) with Instabase.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience with Java.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Instabase platform.
• 10+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Webpack, UI design, and web fundamentals.
• Knowledge of APIs and REST.
• Experience with frontend unit and integration testing.
• Proficiency in cloud environments including Azure, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software engineering design focused on user experience and frontend architecture.
