Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and real-time data processing pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications focused on scalability and performance.
• Manage MongoDB for efficient data storage, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Implement real-time data processing solutions using Kafka and Flink to handle large data volumes.
• Integrate various systems and services to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
• Review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proven experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
• Strong experience with Kafka and Flink for real-time data pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Background working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
