Description

You will design and implement a cloud-enabled microservices platform for the Order Management system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop solutions using Java, microservices, and Cassandra NoSQL databases.
• Own the full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Make critical design decisions and create technical documentation to meet strategic business needs.
• Collaborate with external teams and business clients to resolve issues and gather requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and offshore resources through agile development cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React and Cassandra NoSQL.
• Experience with J2EE application servers such as WebSphere and Tomcat.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and DevOps open-source tools.
• Experience in UNIX environments, including shell scripting and CRON.
• Practical knowledge of XML schemas, Git, Stash, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Competency in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and tools like SQL Developer, Toad, or SoapUI.
• Proven ability to implement high-availability microservices applications.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Cassandra certification.
