Senior Java Engineer owning the full application lifecycle from design to deployment in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize legacy applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps to configure and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic alongside front-end teams.
• Build reusable code libraries and provide technical support to internal teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle relational databases and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience with GitLab for DevOps pipeline management.
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and common design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java EE platforms and test-driven development (TDD).
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire web development process.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing training and technical support to internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills with effective time management capabilities.
