Description

You will lead backend development and technical implementation using Java and AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programming tasks and technical implementation for backend or fullstack solutions.
• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java and AWS services.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and provide hands-on team handling.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 1.8 and Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Experience with Java frameworks.
• Proven ability in team handling and technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fullstack development beyond backend services.
