Description

Lead the delivery of the strategic roadmap through the full application development lifecycle, owning technical solution design, deployment strategies, and system performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, specifications, and resource estimates for complex technical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality features, fixes, and enhancements through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Own application deployment strategies and maintain infrastructure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies and provide subject matter expertise to development teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java 8+.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with Containers, including Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes, EKS, or Redhat.
• 4+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• 4+ years of experience with test automation using JBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, or JUnit.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA or ADO.
• Strong understanding of microservices and HTTP/REST.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka, NATS, Kinesis, or Event Hub.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, Elasticsearch, or Apigee.
