Description

You will lead technical roadmap delivery and own the full application development lifecycle, from specification to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap delivery and participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Define project scope, technical specifications, and resource estimates.
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality features, fixes, and enhancements.
• Propose technical solutions and document best practices for deployment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years with Java 8+.
• 4+ years with Spring Boot.
• 4+ years with Containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, or Red Hat).
• 4+ years with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• 4+ years with test automation (jbehave, Cucumber, Selenium, or JUnit).
• 4+ years in Agile/Scrum teams using Jira or ADO.
• Strong understanding of microservices and HTTP/REST.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with streaming and messaging (Kafka, NATS, Kinesis, or Event Hub).
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Elasticsearch, or Apigee).
